What you buy

A PDF guide (Essentials, Arrival Kit or Complete) for personal use. You may print it and keep copies on your own devices. Please do not resell or share it publicly. Prices are in euros, with no extra charges at checkout.

Payment and delivery

Payment is handled by Stripe. After payment you can download the PDF immediately on the confirmation page, and we email you a download link. The link keeps working and always serves the latest edition of what you bought.

Withdrawal and refunds

Because the PDF is delivered immediately, you ask us before paying to start the download straight away, and you acknowledge that this ends the statutory 14-day withdrawal right for digital content. On top of that we offer a voluntary 30-day money-back guarantee: email us within 30 days of your purchase and we refund the full amount to your original payment method.

Accuracy

We check every figure against official sources and show the date we checked. Rules change, and the guides are general information, not tax, legal or financial advice. For decisions that matter, confirm with the Belastingdienst, IND, DUO, your gemeente or a licensed adviser.

Complaints

Email us first; we answer within 3 working days. If we cannot solve it together, you can use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Dutch law applies.
